Every plan starts with 3 days free: $0 today. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends; a reminder email comes before it does. Cancel before then from your account page and you pay nothing. Everything in the plan is open during the trial except CSV export, which opens with the first payment, or as soon as you start your plan from your account page. One trial per account.
Yes. Up to a day before the trial ends, the "Start Pro now" button (named for your plan) under Subscription on your account page ends it early: the first payment is taken at checkout, CSV export (on Pro and Business) opens as soon as it goes through, and the trial is cancelled once the payment is confirmed, so you are never charged twice. Your saved searches and alerts carry on. An account that has had a trial before starts paying straight away.
Pro ($49). It is the plan the product is built around: the full record on every estate in every state and county, 25 alerts the morning after an estate is published, browser notifications and CSV export for direct mail. Starter ($29) is the full record in one state, with one weekly alert and none of those tools. Business ($99) is Pro with room for statewide lists: 10,000 estates a month to export and 100 alerts.
Starter opens full records and alerts in one state you choose; elsewhere you see what anyone does: the counts, and the newest five estates on each list. You can change the state once every 30 days. Pro and Business open every state and county we cover.
Yes, any time from your account page. Moving up opens the higher limits straight away and charges the difference for the rest of the month; moving down refunds the unused part. Canceling stops the next charge, and your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
Creem, our merchant of record. They take the payment, add any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and send the receipt. We never see your card number.
How many estates each county holds and every search matches, across all 6,040 estates we hold, and the newest five on every county and state page: the decedent, the case number, the date first published and the claims deadline, with no account. A plan opens every estate, with the personal representative and the attorney, and the tools that save time: saved searches, alerts and export.
Because a count is only worth something if it is true. A county page that says it holds 98 estates counts all 98, a search reports every estate it matches, and an account opens every one of them.
So signed out you see how many estates each county and each search holds, and the newest five on every list: the decedent, the case number and the claims deadline. Who is handling each estate -- the personal representative and the attorney -- is what an account opens.
How the records are built sets out where they come from and what they miss. Request a county if one you work is missing.
